Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the HALILINTAR program in Nanggerang Village to address low literacy, limited digital skills, declining traditional crafts, and poor waste management through an ethnopreneur-based empowerment model.

Method: A descriptive qualitative design utilized observation, interviews, surveys, and documentation across five community corners. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model with triangulation.

Practical Applications: The integrated corner framework provides actionable strategies for hydroponics, digital marketing, craft preservation, and waste management, offering a replicable model for rural educational and economic empowerment.

Conclusion: The program successfully established a participatory learning ecosystem that enhances functional literacy, cultural entrepreneurship, and environmental awareness. It serves as a proven best practice for achieving SDGs 4 and 8, advancing sustainable Smart Village development.
