Complaints
Authors who may have complaints about any aspect of their interaction with Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat should send an email to the Editor-in-Chief at jpm@asia.ac.id. All inquiries or complaints will be responded to within 7 days. If necessary, the Editor-in-Chief will consult with other editors regarding the complaint. The Editor-in-Chief will directly communicate with the complainant and provide a thorough explanation of the steps taken to resolve the issue.
